PS Foam Sheet Production Line
1. it adopts Gentian type double-stage series high foam technology. The raw material is general polystyrene granule.
2.the general process : mix raw material -- automatic feeding -- N0.1 extruder (inject butane gas ) -- NO.1extruder -- Die -- Hauling off -- winding -- ps foam sheet
3.This equipment adopts high speed hydraulic filter changer which has steady feature, can realize change the filter immediately without stopping the machine. The foaming shaping machine adopts PLC control, touch screen operation, easily to operate.
